## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Head Bartender to provide an unforgettable experience for our clients. As a senior bartender, you will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome members and their guests;

- Supervise team planning, training, and integration;

- Organize service, assign tasks to the team, and monitor progress;

- Ensure objectives are met;

- Know all services and offers of the establishment to provide accurate information to customers;

- Evaluate customer needs, know their preferences, and make suggestions/recommendations;

- Be polite and courteous at all times;

- Assist dining staff if needed;

- Master classic and signature cocktails;

- Develop and present the drink menu to customers;

- Manage bar inventory and order supplies;

- Comply with all food and beverage regulations;

- Make suggestions for department development, cocktail creation, and/or coffee;

- Have good knowledge of different types of alcohol, spirits, and coffee;

- Evaluate customer needs, know their preferences, and make suggestions/recommendations;

- Provide quality service to our customers and ensure constant satisfaction.

Profile:

- Good experience as a bartender;

- Excellent knowledge of mixology, products, and beverage service;

- Computer skills in professional software;

- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;

- Ability to keep the bar organized, supplied, and clean;

- Good presentation in line with our standards;

- Good command of professional English;

- Diploma in hospitality and catering is a plus.
