## Description

As a Sales Associate, you will identify and engage prospective advertising clients. Working with a collaborative sales team, you'll conduct research, lead outreach efforts, and help build relationships with both Fortune 500 companies and startups.

You will:

- Report to the Publisher

- Research and identify prospective advertising clients across important industries

- Develop and deliver compelling outreach messaging across email and other channels

- Schedule and support discovery and marketing meetings with potential clients

- Manage and qualify inbound marketing leads

- Help create marketing collateral and sales materials

- Help develop client proposals and advertising campaign strategies

- Prepare competitive analyses and business intelligence reports

- Grow the customer database (CRM) with accurate, up-to-date information

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and editorial teams

You will need:

- Experience conducting client outreach or prospect communications

- Ability to maintain accurate sales outreach records in Salesforce or similar CRM tools

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with digital workspace tools including Google Workspace and Slack or similar tools

The expected range for this role is $40,000 - $56,000 with opportunities for bonus and commission.
