## Description

We are looking for Senior Technical Consultants with strong domain depth in Healthcare/Health Cloud. You will lead a work stream in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements as a hands-on advisor: designing the solution, guiding the build, and presenting and defending it with the customer.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead the technical design and delivery of a work stream within your domain.

- Drive application and technical design documents that follow Salesforce best practices and fit the customer's landscape.

- Guide the team on integration, environment management, testing and platform standards.

- Troubleshoot critical implementation issues through to resolution.

- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with the customer and third-party partners.

- Mentor junior teammates and contribute to the growth of the Services Practice.

- Up-skill on AI Fluency and AI-native delivery, using AI tools and developer assistants.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

- 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery in Health Cloud or domain

- 6+ years as a Lead Developer overall doing solution design in a mid to large-sized organization.

- Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture , integration technologies, single sign-on and master data management.

- Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.

- Proven ability to analyze, design and optimize business processes via technology and integration.

- Strong written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills , able to present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.

- Able to work independently and be a self-starter.

- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or in a related field.
