## Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Jakarta for Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, a prestigious 5-star beachfront resort.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales – Jakarta Sales Office and play a key role in generating, developing, and managing business opportunities from the Jakarta market.

Your responsibilities include:

- Driving revenue growth across Rooms, MICE, Weddings, and Leisure Groups

- Identifying and securing new business opportunities through sales calls, client meetings, and market intelligence

- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to strengthen market penetration

- Managing and expanding a portfolio of Jakarta-based corporate accounts, government clients, and travel trade partners

- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers

- Leading client negotiations and coordinating proposals, contracts, and RFPs

You will also participate in trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions, and work closely with the Bali-based Sales, Revenue, Events, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on product availability, pricing, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, or Account Management, preferably in luxury or resort environments

- Proven experience handling Jakarta-based corporate, government, or travel trade accounts

- Strong sales negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Good understanding of MICE, group, and leisure resort business
