## Description

The Intelligence Systems team at Anduril focuses on delivering specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We are seeking a Deputy Head of Production to oversee production operations across Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS).

The Deputy Head of Production for AIS will own short to mid-term strategic development and execution, operational direction, career pathing, and vision for a product or suite of Anduril products. The successful candidate will provide consistent, flawless execution for various products and programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning all production outcomes such as ramp plans, NPI, and headcount

- Driving people and resources to achieve production outcomes

- Leading Manufacturing Engineering, Production Test Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations

- Serving as a strategic leader and tactical doer for rapidly growing production operations

- Holding cross-functional teams accountable for meeting demands, deadlines, and goals

- Driving production, supply chain, and quality teams to execute Anduril's 5-year strategic vision

- Delivering production outcomes as products mature from development to full-rate production

- Building strong partnerships with Engineering, Deployment Operations, and Program Management

- Maturing products from low-rate prototypes to full-rate production

- Establishing and managing team KPIs for financial, quality, and on-time delivery performance

- Advising on and overseeing the implementation of digital technologies

- Being accountable to AS9100D guidelines

- Partnering with the Head of Production and VP of Production for AIS
