## Description

We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join our Data Governance and Pricing (DGAP) team within Global Payment Networks (GPN). You will manage various data-related risks, including Network Conflict Risk (NCR), External Data Sharing (XDS), SCAN Findings, Privacy, Feature and Script Governance, and Interchange Fee Prohibition Act.

Responsibilities:

- Understand, document, and analyze current state capabilities regarding one or more Risk methods.

- Leverage industry benchmarking to determine best practices and lessons learned regarding components of the Risk framework.

- Develop and enhance processes, tools, templates, and job aids.

- Collaborate effectively across multiple organizations to achieve objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of Financial Services Risk Management experience

- At least 5 years of Project Management experience

- At least 7 years of experience supporting internal business clients

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 7 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk

- At least 7 years of Financial Services risk management experience

- PMP Certification or Master's Certificate of Project Management (CPM)

- Ability to set direction, manage expectations, and lead cross-functional teams

The salary ranges for this role are: Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 Riverwoods, IL: $161,500 - $184,300

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
