## Description

We are seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will help patients navigate their billing questions with professionalism, patience, and care. This is a remote position, and you will be working from home.

Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls regarding patient statements, insurance payments, and account balances.

- Provide accurate information about patient accounts, billing history, and charges.

- Process credit card payments over the phone.

- Document call details, account inquiries, and actions taken.

- Escalate complex billing disputes and concerns to the appropriate department.

- Deliver friendly, professional service while handling sensitive billing questions.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of call center or customer service/office experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

- Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.

- Ability to multitask and process information efficiently.

- A calm, professional approach when handling challenging calls.

- A patient-focused attitude and a commitment to quality customer service.
