As an Operations Supervisor, you will be a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, you will lead the store and supervisory staff, ensure smooth store operations, and oversee the completion of all opening and closing procedures.

**Essential Functions:**

- Management:

- Work effectively with store management and store crews

- Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities

- Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews

- Customer Service:

- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints

- Promote CVS customer service culture

- Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience

- Provide personalized customer service feedback and coaching to colleagues

- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

- Merchandise/Presentation:

- Price merchandise

- Stock shelves

- Support planning, executing displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise

- Support planning, executing display, and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise

**Required Qualifications:**

- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills

- Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills

- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and to respond to urgent issues at the store

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience as a retail supervisor

**Education:**

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 40
