## Description

We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our team in Pune, where you will design, develop, and improve software solutions that provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality, and share knowledge with peers.

- Stay updated on industry technology trends and contribute to the organisation's technology communities.

- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure secure software solutions.

- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

**Requirements**

- Strong hands-on development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.

- Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, Redux, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.

- Knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with GitLab, SonarQube, Maven/Gradle, and Agile development methodologies.

- Good understanding of unit testing, code quality, and secure coding principles.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

**Preferred Skills**

- Exposure to Kafka, IBM MQ, or event-driven architectures.

- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.

- Exposure to Wiz, Prisma, and security tooling.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and application troubleshooting.

- Experience supporting production releases and operational activities.

- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
