## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the scientific and clinical aspects of clinical trials for programs within the Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) portfolio.

The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality for clinical trials, and will be responsible for maintaining current scientific and clinical knowledge in the specific therapeutic area.

Key responsibilities include:

- Authoring and reviewing key clinical and regulatory documents

- Leading the clinical data review strategy and presenting relevant data to internal teams and stakeholders

- Collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure trial objectives are met

- Providing scientific and clinical input for site training materials and supporting responses to investigator queries

- Ensuring compliance with relevant SOPs, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS) in a relevant scientific discipline, with demonstrated experience in clinical development within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.

In terms of qualifications and skills, we are looking for:

- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS) in a relevant scientific discipline

- Experience in clinical development within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry

- Strong understanding of the drug development process, clinical trial design, and execution

- Excellent knowledge of clinical procedures, ICH guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

- Proven scientific writing skills and strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based matrix environment

This is a hybrid role requiring an average of two days of commuting per week.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139,100.00 to $231,900.00, with eligibility for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan and share-based long-term incentive program.
