## Description

IOM is seeking a Field Engineer Consultant for the Solidarity Fund project in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The consultant will support the planning and implementation of engineering, construction, and infrastructure-related activities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct site assessments and technical surveys

- Prepare and review technical designs, specifications, and documentation

- Provide technical support to procurement and tendering processes

- Monitor and supervise construction and rehabilitation works

- Ensure compliance with approved technical documentation, contractual requirements, and regulations

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

- 5 years of relevant professional experience

- Proven experience in project design and civil engineering

- Knowledge of BiH regulations and construction sector

- Fluency in English and one of the official languages in Bosnia and Herzegovina

**Performance indicators:**

- Timely and accurate preparation of technical documentation

- Quality and completeness of technical records

- Effective monitoring of construction works

- Adherence to approved budgets and schedules
