## Description

We are seeking a skilled Pelvic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Cabarrus Gateway in Concord, NC. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer programs of Physical Therapy to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients enhance physical and functional abilities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans

- Conduct Physical Therapy programs to address pelvic floor dysfunction

- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve treatment goals

- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes

- Provide education and support to patients and caregivers

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

- NC license for Physical Therapy

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy experience preferred

**Work Environment:**

- Fast-paced clinical setting

- Variable schedule, 40 hours per week

- May require lifting patients, equipment, or supplies up to 50 pounds
