## Description

We are seeking a Research Analyst to produce and deliver research with differentiated market insights and actionable ideas to Barclays clients.

The successful candidate will conduct macroeconomic research and analyze financial performance and socio-economic factors and data to provide coverage and reporting for LatAm Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay).

Key responsibilities include:

- Documenting and presenting research reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

- Contributing to daily and quarterly publications

- Writing ad-hoc pieces on specific issues of importance

- Preparing regional essays analyzing Latin American economic trends

- Presenting views to institutional investors and corporate clients

- Working closely with the sales and trading desk to meet their day-to-day needs

The role requires 20% travel domestically and internationally to meet with investors, policymakers, business leaders, and regulatory agencies.

The salary range for this position is $155,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year.
