## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Silverlink Newcastle store. As a frontline role, you'll be at the forefront of providing excellent customer service, working late nights, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing demands

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, driving sales growth

Requirements:

- Ability to work late nights (20:00-06:00) and flexible hours, including weekends

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands

Working Conditions:

- Part-time role with flexible hours

- Late night shifts (20:00-06:00) with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium

- Potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December)
