## Description

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team at Reach Logistics, a global eCommerce logistics and strategy company partnering with major brands to distribute products on platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.

As a Shift Lead, you will act as a lead in a specific department with the flexibility to move to other departments as needed. Your responsibilities will include:

- Guiding and training current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and procedures

- Ensuring adherence to proper methods and safety standards while maintaining a positive and respectful communication style

- Addressing problems, conducting audits, and providing constructive feedback to associates

- Promoting a positive team-oriented environment and leading by example

- Overseeing daily assigned areas and enforcing compliance and high-quality standards

- Auditing proactively to detect and solve problems, and ensuring areas are ready for the next shift

- Communicating effectively with associates when product quality is at risk and identifying training deficiencies

- Maintaining confidentiality and assisting on the floor in other areas when needed

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training role

- Strong problem-solving and motivational skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced team environment

- Computer experience with Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets

- Willingness to transfer to other departments based on business needs

- Ability to read, write, and speak English, with bilingualism in Spanish being a plus

Physical requirements include standing/walking for up to 8-10 hours, bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, as well as the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and use a pallet jack.
