## Description

You will join a motivated sales team in Taiwan working with hospital clinicians and healthcare teams. You will turn scientific and market insight into clear, patient-focused plans that improve access and care.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital specialists, multidisciplinary teams and hospital decision makers.

- Create and execute territory business plans that meet sales targets and improve patient access.

- Share clear, accurate scientific and clinical information with healthcare professionals.

- Collaborate with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to design and deliver coordinated local initiatives.

- Use market, performance and competitor data to identify opportunities and refine plans.

- Manage territory activities, budgets and CRM records in line with company standards and compliance.

Basic Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience working with hospital-based healthcare professionals.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin; conversational English is an advantage.

- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to inform territory decisions.

- Valid driving licence and ability to travel regularly across your territory.
