## Description

Manulife is seeking a Training Manager to deliver quality training and assess the training effectiveness.

The Training Manager will identify training needs and drive suitable training initiatives that support the agency growth.

**Position Responsibilities:**

- Deliver quality training to the developed training programs, aligning with need-based selling concepts in new agent training

- Take ownership of training programs and be responsible for the quality of training delivery

- Monitor the effectiveness of the programs

- Identify and assess the training needs analysis of the agency force

- Develop programs that address specific business needs

- Play an active role in promoting the communication channel with managers and collect feedback on training programs

- Lead projects when required and play a highly collaborative role in cross-department projects

**Required Qualifications:**

- University graduate with training and insurance professional qualifications

- Professional qualification on financial planning is preferred

- Track record in developing and executing successful training programs

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with innovation and a customer-care focus

- Independent and self-driven with a result-oriented mindset

- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written; Putonghua is an advantage

- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems

- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Chinese word-processing
