Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to grow in your career, work in a supportive environment, and achieve your individual goals.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic environments

- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs created by the supervising BCBA

- Collect data and submit session notes

- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors

- Attend regular staff meetings and trainings

- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- Perform other assigned duties

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective English communication, both verbal and written

- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families

- Valid state identification card

- Reliable transportation

- Pass a criminal background check

- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
