## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Stress Testing to support the end-to-end delivery of US HSBC North America Holdings (HNAH) and Group stress testing activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality execution across analysis, review and challenge, documentation, process controls, process improvement, governance support and submission readiness.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the delivery of CCAR and other US/Group stress tests

- Executing and/or supporting model runs and results production for balance sheet and P&L components

- Performing analysis of stress test outputs and preparing clear, decision-useful commentary

- Producing regulatory submissions and required regulatory documentation

- Conducting and documenting model- and management-level Review & Challenge (R&C)

- Maintaining high-quality stress testing documentation and process controls

- Supporting end-to-end coordination across stakeholders and maintaining schedules and delivery tracking

- Preparing governance management materials for senior management and Board-level review

- Supporting regulatory submission readiness and audit-trail quality control

- Implementing new models, tools, processes or automated solutions to support changes in requirements

- Improving efficiency and reducing cost of existing processes

- Making day-to-day decisions within assigned workstreams and escalating issues, risks and timeline slippages promptly

The ideal candidate will have:

- Demonstrable experience in an analytical role within a bank or large financial services firm

- Prior CCAR experience

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Strong written communication skills

- Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint skills

- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
