## Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain technical expertise in product features

- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues

- Provide training and support to customers

- Collaborate with global support and development teams

- Create and manage knowledge documents

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in technical support or development

- Japanese (fluent) and English (basic reading and writing skills)

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with internet technologies (firewalls, web servers, proxy servers)

- HTML and CSS implementation experience

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce CRM experience

- Security knowledge and experience

- Information security certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP)

- Web communication knowledge (HTTPS, SSL/TLS, WebSocket)

- XML knowledge and server-side web service experience (SOAP)

- Cloud-based solution experience (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure)
