## Description

As a Portfolio Strategy Lead for China Consumer Health Care at 3M, you will lead and develop the portfolio strategy for China consumer health care (CHC) portfolios.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analyzing the relevant CHC portfolio, market, and competitors to develop go-to-market plans and storytelling that drive category growth in consumer skin care and consumer first-aid

- Leading portfolio management and life cycle management, owning the profit center business results including top-line sales, standard gross margin percentage, and pricing

- Developing a new product introduction pipeline and launch plan, understanding consumer behavior, and identifying unmet needs to lead local new product introductions and influence the global team in product global innovation

- Establishing a base price strategy for each portfolio and achieving the standard margin of the profit center

- Developing a price increase plan to optimize margins and counteract inflation or changes in costs
