## Description

We are seeking a Food Manager to lead our team in Bracknell, Berkshire. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with company processes.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Role model and coach high standards and efficiency across the food hall

- Manage compliance with processes while maintaining passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service

- Ensure customers get the food they want when they shop with us

- Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate

- Assume overall responsibility for running the store at times

**Requirements:**

- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced operational environment

- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching others

- Experience leading teams in a dynamic customer-facing environment

- Proven success in delivering against KPIs

- Experience managing complex people matters
