## Description

We are seeking a Captain / Server to join our team at W Hotels in Hong Kong.

As a Captain / Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction

- Managing menu offerings, communicating with the kitchen, and handling transactions efficiently

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols

- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding results

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- Less than 1 year of related work experience

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move around, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Preferred qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
