## Description

We are seeking a Telemedical Nurse / Midwife Practitioner to work 35 hours per week, providing abortion and Sexual Health information to patients via telephone consultations.

The successful applicant will be required to spend the majority of the first 8-12 weeks training within the Telemedical Hub in Richmond.

Key responsibilities include:

- Obtaining a full medical history from patients

- Assessing gestation and identifying clinical factors that may place patients at risk

- Discussing and confirming treatment options with patients

- Completing patient consent for treatment

- Providing information on future contraception options

Requirements:

- Registered Adult Nurse (Level 1) or Midwife with a valid NMC PIN

- At least 12 months of clinical practice experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
