**Job Overview** You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your skills and talents to serve and care for our patients and customers. You'll be responsible for managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks, supporting the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**

- Concentrate on tasks over a period of time without distraction

- Provide excellent customer service, actively looking for ways to help people in a friendly manner

- Understand and respond to customers' reactions

- Use verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues

- Listen actively, giving full attention to others, and ask questions as needed

- Apply mathematical reasoning to solve problems, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription

- Judge when something is wrong or likely to go wrong, and choose the best course of action

**Physical Demands**

- Remain upright on feet for sustained periods

- Move about on foot to accomplish tasks

- Pick, pinch, type, or work primarily with fingers

- Extend hands and arms in any direction

- Bend body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist

- Stoop to a considerable degree, requiring full use of lower extremities and back muscles

- Express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word

- Perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels

- Visual acuity to perform activities such as transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection

**Requirements**

- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Licensure requirements vary by state

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- PTCB National Certification
