## Description

As an Assembly Technician at CX2, you will play a crucial role in assembling drones and electronics assemblies. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working with engineers and technicians to read and interpret work orders, performing light repairs, and using hand tools and soldering stations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with the manufacturing and engineering teams to perform final assembly of drones and antenna assemblies

- Soldering electrical components and installing wire assemblies

- Completing all work instructions

- Documenting non-conformances and recommending improvements to builds

- Being flexible and willing to learn new assembly processes and product lines

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Experience using hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and socket sets

- Experience using measurement tools like rulers and calipers

- Practical soldering and desoldering skills

- The ability to read and follow work instructions with attention to detail

- US citizenship or a green card with the right to work in export control defense manufacturing
