## Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Pasig City, Philippines. As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, specifically in the area of Time & Labour.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse business requirements and configure Oracle HCM Time & Labour solutions

- Design and implement data migration strategies

- Develop and maintain technical documentation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

- Provide training and support to end-users

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Time & Labour module

- Experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM solutions

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM

- Knowledge of HR business processes
