## Description

As Legal Counsel in the Contract Law department, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive legal advice to the MHP Group as an internationally operating company, focusing on management and IT consulting. With your expertise in contract law, you will contribute to risk minimization and successful implementation of our corporate strategy. Become part of our MHP Legal team and shape the future of MHP actively.

Your tasks will include:

- Being the point of contact for all legal matters of MHP and its subsidiaries

- Accompanying complex offers and projects in interdisciplinary teams

- Acting as a legal advisor and supporting the development of the portfolio of services

- Drafting contracts and conducting negotiations with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners in national and international contexts

- Participating in related communication and training measures

- Coordinating external lawyers

To be well-prepared for your path as Legal Counsel, you should have the following qualifications:

- Completed first and second state examinations with above-average results

- At least two years of relevant professional experience in the legal department of an internationally renowned company or law firm

- Passion and affinity for economic connections in the IT/consulting industry

- Expertise in IT law is advantageous

- Your work style is characterized by secure and convincing appearance, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills

Before departure:

- Start date: after agreement - always at the beginning of a month

- Working hours: full-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days

- Employment relationship: unlimited

- Field: Corporate Functions

- Language: fluent German and English

- Other: valid work permit; if necessary, we can apply for a work permit within our recruitment process. The procedure takes time and affects the start date.
