## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Services Business Development to lead sales efforts, manage client relationships, and drive growth in the Data & Services P&L in China South.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the sales process from research to contract signing

- Engage with core payments teams to assess client needs and provide strategic guidance

- Lead key regional and local strategic initiatives to grow the Data & Services P&L

- Ensure product development efforts meet client needs in China South

- Oversee project delivery and build strong client relationships

- Achieve personal sales targets responsibly and ethically

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience analyzing client needs and engaging senior executives

- Ability to develop compelling sales narratives and influence sales closure

- Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and close a sale

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English

- Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm

- Highest level of self-motivation with a hunting attitude

- Analytic capabilities and modeling skills

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

The position will be based in Guangzhou/Shenzhen and will require occasional travel within China.
