## Description

Join RBC Wealth Management as a Complex Assistant Manager (CAM) and serve as the primary liaison between the complex, branches, and other corporate departments. You will drive strategic initiatives, foster partnerships, and promote an inclusive culture.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team across multiple branches, partner with recruiting, and own hiring and training.

- Manage the Complex Operations Team, ensure policy adherence, and develop action plans to address gaps.

- Assess suitability and risk for daily sales activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve issues.

- Onboard new advisors, coordinate client paperwork, and provide training on RBC's policies and procedures.

- Serve as a point of contact for various departments, including Business Supervision Group, Compliance, Surveillance, and Legal.

- Partner with the Complex Director to develop and manage the budget.

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of industry experience.

- 3+ years of leadership experience.

- Series 7, 8 (or 9/10), and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required.

- Ability to influence others, build relationships, and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-have:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.

- 5+ years of leadership experience.

- Comprehensive knowledge of investment products and strategies.
