## Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative/Policy Support Representative to join our non-voice support team for US Property & Casualty Insurance. As a representative, you will handle customer and agent inquiries through chat and back-office alert processing, providing exceptional service while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responding to inquiries on insurance matters via chat

- Evaluating and interpreting policy information within authority limits

- Preparing and processing account and policy alerts according to established procedures

- Escalating complex issues for further review

- Documenting customer interactions and outcomes thoroughly

- Engaging in self-directed learning to build knowledge

- Collaborating with various departments including Policy Support, Claims, and Underwriting

Requirements:

- Experience in high-volume, complex insurance customer support preferred

- 1 to 3 years of BPO/GCC experience in insurance processes

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Bachelor's degree preferred
