As a Senior Manager, Product Management for Workflow Orchestrator, you will lead the modernization of the core Decisioning Platform into its next generation, driving AI-powered workflows, graphite-based decision processing, and more. You will oversee two product managers, each managing a squad of 10 engineers, and build a new UI from the ground up, combining existing capabilities in Decisioning Platform.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

The minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, business, or marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.

The salary range for this role is: McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 per year New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 per year

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
