## Description

We're looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to help develop our brand in a chosen sales channel. Join us and shape the future of Red Bull in Poland, working in an energetic and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase visibility of Red Bull products in assigned sales channels, driving sales results and brand recognition.

- Create and execute promotional plans to boost customer engagement.

- Effectively manage budgets and monitor sales performance, analysing partner collaboration efficiency and implementing optimisation actions.

- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts, ensuring mutual benefits.

- Build lasting business relationships with partners to achieve common business goals.

- Collaborate with internal departments, including brand marketing, trade marketing, operations, and controlling.

- Regular communication with the Red Bull headquarters in Austria.

- Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

- Higher education, preferably in a commercial field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a modern sales channel.

- Documented success in planning, negotiation, and implementation of business strategies.

- Independence, proactivity, and a focus on measurable results.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and develop business relationships.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Travel: 20-30%.
