## Description

We are seeking a Game Designer - Gameplay to join our EA SPORTS FC Mobile team. As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing and refining the core gameplay experience for our mobile football game.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and iterate on core gameplay mechanics such as shooting, passing, dribbling, defending, and goalkeeping.

- Create and maintain player abilities, skill moves, tactical systems, and AI behaviors.

- Develop prototypes and test them to validate design assumptions and optimize gameplay.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, programming, animation, UX, and data analysis.

- Analyze player behavior data and adjust gameplay numbers and difficulty curves accordingly.

- Research real football rules, tactics, and player characteristics to incorporate into the game.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in game design, specifically in gameplay or combat design.

- Strong understanding of action or sports games' core mechanics and controls.

- Familiarity with mobile interaction limitations and design techniques.

- Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

- Data analysis skills to drive design decisions.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese.

- Passion for football and understanding of real tactics and game rhythm.
