## Description

The Performance Marketing team at Agoda is looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for one of Agoda's most strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will own the P&L, lead a team, and drive partnership strategy. This partnership generates millions in annual revenue across multiple whitelabel brands serving millions of travelers globally.

Key responsibilities include:

- Team leadership and development

- Strategic marketing leadership and P&L ownership

- Analytics strategy and insights

- Strategic planning and executive stakeholder management

- Program and project management

Requirements include:

- 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles

- SQL proficiency and strong analytical thinking

- Experience with marketing analytics tools and attribution models

- Leadership and stakeholder management experience

- Cultural sensitivity for cross-border collaboration
