## Description

We are seeking Ethics and Code of Conduct Subject Matter Experts to develop video training courses on various topics, including Government Contracting, Ethical Cultures and Values, and Information Security.

The ideal candidate will provide specialised expertise and knowledge related to the Sarbanes-Oxley directives, the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, Federal Acquisition Regulation amendments, and the Dodd-Frank Act.

Deliverables will include lecture scripts, PowerPoint presentations with graphic assets, activities, and assessment questions with feedback.

Qualifications:

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work effectively within a group or individually

- Advanced organisational skills

- Understanding and familiarity with industry best practices

- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet established deadlines

- Advanced knowledge of industry-specific technologies

- Industry-specific certifications are highly desirable

Required Experience:

- At least seven years of in-depth, progressively responsible, and directly related experience in the specific subject area

- Minimum degree required: Bachelor's Degree

This is a contract position, and remote contractors are welcome.
