## Description

Product Management at Capital One is a dynamic field that involves reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.

The Identity Journey Intelligence team builds data assets, data features, and data products that enable Capital One to understand customers across their full journey, reducing fraud and friction.

As a Product IC role within Customer Identity, you will partner with engineering, business analysts, data analysts, and LOB teams to define the strategy and drive execution for identity features and data products.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy and execution for Journey Intelligence data features and Customer Authentication Data Product

- Partner with business analysts, data analysts, and engineering to prioritize and scale the feature catalog that powers risk and authentication decisioning

- Drive adoption of identity data features and data products across LOBs

- Identify and assess new use cases where journey-level data and features can reduce fraud and customer friction simultaneously

- Provide thought leadership on emerging approaches to identity data and journey-level decisioning

The role requires demonstrating proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

**Requirements:**

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.

- Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
