## Description

Ajax Systems, a leading technology company and European manufacturer of security systems, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team at their left-bank location in Kyiv. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and production facilities, as well as maintaining a comfortable working environment for the team.

### Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily morning tours of the premises.

- Ensure uninterrupted operation of production and office facilities.

- Organize and manage procurement for production needs, including food, furniture, stationery, and household items.

- Purchase production coats.

- Coordinate and control payment of rent and utility bills.

- Communicate with business center representatives and external suppliers.

- Monitor and adjust climate conditions at the premises.

- Organize and coordinate team relocation between locations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve administrative issues promptly.

### Requirements:

- Proficient PC user.

- Experience with Google Docs.

- English language skills at A2-B1 level.

- Developed communication skills.

- Flexibility and adaptability.

- Result-oriented.

- Attention to detail and structured thinking.

- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
