## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar by confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star service at pace

- Utilising our digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to the changing demands of the retail environment

- Working across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You will be required to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to:

- Be digitally confident and able to use our in-store devices

- Have knowledge of M&S Food products

- Be a team player and support colleagues

- Deliver remarkable service to make customers feel valued
