## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Coolblue. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with our customers to resolve their queries and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to our clients

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Work flexibly to ensure that customer needs are met

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

- Represent Coolblue in a professional and enthusiastic manner

- Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

- Native-level German language skills

- Fluent English language skills

- Suitable home office setup within 90 minutes of Düsseldorf

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is desirable

- Familiarity with our products is a plus
