## Description

We're seeking a Front Desk Host to join our team at The Goodwood Hotel, located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside.

As a Front Desk Host, you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests, checks them in and out, and helps them discover everything the Estate has to offer.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests

- Check-in and check-out guests

- Help guests discover the Estate's offerings, including spa days and flying experiences

**Requirements**

- Natural flair for customer service and a love for working with people

- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or leisure

- Great communication and IT skills

- Familiarity with hotel management systems (a bonus, not essential)

**Shift Pattern**

- 40 hours per week, covering shifts (5 out of 7 days)

- Early: 7am – 3:30pm

- Late: 2:30pm – 11pm

- Day shifts
