## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment, adapting to changing situations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales

- Be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including Sundays and Christmas periods

In this role, you will be working part-time, with a flexible schedule that includes:

- Sunday: 06:00-10:00

- Monday: 06:00-10:00

- Tuesday: 06:00-10:00

- Saturday: 06:00-10:00

- Christmas only: Up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
