## Description

Join Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, as a Solutions Engineer. You'll work with customers to discover and analyze their goals, map them to the Salesforce solution portfolio, and design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.

**Responsibilities**

- Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio

- Earn the "technical win" through compelling demos and presentations

- Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs

- Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge

- Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform

- Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value using AI tooling

- Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts

- Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams

- Participate in ongoing training and certifications

- Travel domestically up to 20%

**Requirements**

- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field

- 3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry

- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment

- Previous sales experience preferred

- Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred

**Nice to Have**

- Background in nonprofit management/operations and/or Salesforce technology

- Ability to create and deliver customer-facing software demos

- Salesforce Administrator (201) and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications
