## Description

At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll assist in generating creative marketing concepts, utilise big data and advanced analytics to improve campaign effectiveness, and design customer campaigns to uplift customer experience and grow existing customer business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing creative marketing concepts aligned with business objectives

- Utilising big data and advanced analytics to improve campaign effectiveness

- Designing customer campaigns to uplift customer experience and grow existing customer business

- Implementing targeted communication to different customer segments

- Strengthening communication with distribution channels

- Leading initiatives to enhance customer experience throughout the entire journey

You'll also be expected to:

- Continuously develop and build up team members' knowledge in campaign execution and analytics

- Prepare marketing plans and support supervisors in execution

- Work with different departments and teams to prepare project plans and communication for campaign launches

- Design and prepare agent/customer communications and coordinate with parties involved

- Manage promotional budgets and provide support to team members in meeting business objectives

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, or Statistics with at least 10 years' relevant experience in business analyses, business development, and database marketing

- Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred

- Digital experience

- Results-focused with a track record of achievement

- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external parties

- Good problem-solving skills

- Proactive and excellent team player

- Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written
