## Description

We are seeking a Transformation Lead to join our team at Netguru, a trusted partner in digital commerce. As a Transformation Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements and system transformations across the organisation.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Conducting process audits with stakeholders from various teams, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

- Mapping and optimising key business processes, with a focus on sales processes and system replacements

- Assessing the existing systems landscape and defining which functionalities to retain, replace, consolidate, or discontinue

- Mapping data flows between various systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and internally developed systems

- Defining the source of truth for key data and gathering requirements for integrations and process improvements

- Overseeing system migrations and consolidations, including migration from PeopleForce to an internally developed platform

- Managing program plans, schedules, dependencies, and decisions

- Designing and delivering change communication

- Acting as a filter for new process and tool ideas, ensuring alignment with business priorities and systems architecture

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in transformation, process excellence, PMO, or operations at a company of 200-1,000 people

- Fluent English and Polish

- Experience leading cross-functional process optimisation and business systems transformation initiatives

- At least one system decommissioning, consolidation, or replacement experience

- Designing integrations at the requirements level and writing requirements for in-house development teams

- Data migration experience, including field mapping, cleansing, validation, and GDPR compliance

- Systems thinking and process modelling skills

- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including management boards

- Ability to hold to decisions under pressure and communicate clearly and concisely

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Productive, and enova

- Integration tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n

- Experience in IT services or a software house

- Familiarity with internal business platforms and custom-built operational systems

- Experience using AI in operations
