## Description

We are seeking a Senior Legal Manager to join our team in Jakarta. As a Senior Legal Manager at Diageo, you will be an effective and pragmatic legal and business advisor to the Indonesian management team. You will minimize legal risk by early involvement in key projects, guide resolution of issues, and proactively create an environment where risk is avoided.

Responsibilities:

- Be an effective and pragmatic legal and business advisor to the Indonesian management team

- Minimize legal risk by early involvement in key projects

- Proactively lead the compliance agenda

- Support the teams on key projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5+ years experienced lawyer, with prior experience at a leading law firm or relevant in-house experience

- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work confidently and stand ground with senior managers

- Experience in handling compliance challenged markets

- Strong commercial law background, especially in the negotiation and documentation of commercial contracts

- Fluency in English and Indonesian Language
