## Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for our Customer Platform, architecture governance, and engineering best practices. You will drive technology standards, solution quality, and operational excellence throughout the delivery lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical leadership for customer-facing platforms

- Lead solution design and technical architecture

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions

- Collaborate with product, engineering, cloud, security, and risk stakeholders

- Drive system integration across cloud and on-premise environments

- Contribute to technology roadmap, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Lead team to monitor system performance and proactively address issues

- Provide a contact and escalation point for operational delivery matters

**Requirements:**

- 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or senior engineering roles

- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale systems in complex environments

- Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred)

- Ideally AI knowledge and experience

- Solid understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

- Architecture or cloud certifications are an advantage
