## Description

As a User Experience Engineer at Logitech, you will be an integral part of the User Trials Team, focusing on gathering valuable feedback to inform future product iterations. You will support the success of user trials in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, gaining experience in UX research, project management, and customer support. Your role will involve managing multiple user trials simultaneously while ensuring exceptional customer service and effective stakeholder communication.

You will develop and manage multiple user trials concurrently, ensuring timely execution and delivery. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders such as research scientists and product managers to align trial objectives and track progress. You will act as the primary point of contact for trial participants, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any technical difficulties. You will communicate trial objectives, progress updates, and key findings to other internal departments professionally. You will cultivate a deep understanding of Logitech's product portfolio and proactively learn about new and existing products.
