## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the IWPB team as a Universal Banker Leader in Rajkot.

The role involves servicing customers, providing expert advice on digital channels, responding to simple servicing queries, and directing customers to appropriate channels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging and discovering customer needs on branch entry

- Acquiring new-to-bank customers

- Delivering service excellence

- Promoting and delivering multi-channel engagement

- Supporting the branch

- Protecting the bank through vigilance against fraud, knowing your customer, adhering to regulations/policies, and minimising operational risk

Requirements:

- Postgraduate in any stream

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

- Graduate in any stream

- Completion of 12 months in the current role

- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage

- Mandatory completion of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment
