Working as a Guest Advocate (Cashier) at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices

- Work efficiently to minimise guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy

**Requirements:**

- Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members

- Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role

- Open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts

- Communicate effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests' needs

- Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
